A rest day for aching arms provided a window for a sprint up the Dent d’Orlu, the most pronounced landmark above Ax les Thermes.

10km of dirt track proved easy ground for the Navara (would have been a struggle with the camper on top) and a bit of residual BG fitness brought great views from the summit – including down the valley to yesterday’s venue – Sinsat.
