This collection of crags sits in a slightly industrial setting beneath an awesome dam and hydroelectric scheme. However, without this the access to the wealth of climbing here would be much trickier. As it is, it’s still quite an adventure getting to the crag – see pictures of Helen tightrope walking across a narrow weir. Once there, the fun begins, with some of the friendliest bolting we’ve come across on our trip so far. Great crozzly rock and the occasional bit of tufa. Definitely somewhere we’ll return on future trips. |
