Another new crag – we thought we’d escape the crowds visiting this little gem, well described as “Tremadog’s answer to a gritstone outcrop but with better views”. Unfortunately a bunch of others had the same idea including a guided group and a bunch of lads getting a first taste of trad climbing.
Nonetheless, despite the limited number of routes, it didn’t feel uncomfortably crowded and we had a grand afternoon ticking all the best VSs and HVSs. Madog and Myomancy
were good, Quatre Fois very good and Stromboli (accessed by abseil on the neighboring Two Face Buttress) excellent – good lead Jim!
